Do I need to register for PayPal in order to use it?
No, not unless you want to. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use your credit card to pay sarnia4rent.com. When you arrive at the PayPal page, if you do have a PayPal account, simply log in and proceed with payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, look for the following:
"Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or debit card to pay."
Then click on the button that says "Continue." Then just follow the steps, fill in the information they ask you for and you are almost done.
When you get to the end of the PayPal process, you must click on the link that says "return to sarnia4rent.com" in order for your listing to be posted into sarnia4rent.com's system. There may be a slight delay before the listing is posted for public display.
Plus: when you deactivate your listing, you will receive a credit applied to your account as a dollar amount for 15% of the number of unused days on your listing (or $0.15 per day). This credit does not expire.
Any credit on your account is automatically applied as a discount to your next paid listing.
For all PayPal users, there is a credit system that saves you even more money. 15% of the cost of each 30-day or 60-day listing you purchase will be issued to your account as a dollar value, with a 60-day expiry. This gives you a discount if you post more than one listing in a short period of time.
A Note Regarding Pictures
There is no extra cost for uploading pictures with your listing. You can post up to five (5) pictures per listing. By default, the first picture you upload will be displayed on the Search Results page. That first picture and the next four will all appear on the Listing Details page.
Please ensure that your pictures are smaller than 250k each.
We recommend that you upload pictures with your listing if at all possible. A listing with pictures will draw more prospective tenants to view it. Even just one picture can make a difference.
